The Freshii Meal Box meal plan service takes the guesswork out of eating well! It’s your one-stop shop to a full day of healthy and nutritious eating; eliminating shopping, chopping, cooking and cleaning so that you can get on with your busy lifestyle.

Each box includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks, and you can choose from a 1, 3, 5 or 30 day program tailored to suit your dietary mission: bulking up, slimming down, eating clean, or gluten-free.

You will receive three meals and two snacks in your Meal Box each day, all designed by a certified nutritionist and customised to meet specific nutritional requirements.

What are the benefits of my Meal Box?

Each Meal Box program is built to meet specific nutritional requirements to help you achieve your goals. Naturally results will vary based on your weight, metabolism, age and activity level.

Am I allowed to make modifications to my Meal Box?

For the best results, we recommend you stick to the daily options provided. But it’s your Meal Box, so obviously we are happy to make minor modifications to accommodate your dietary preferences and allergies.

How can I find out the nutrition information for my Meal Box?

Just ask us! Email us at onlineorders@freshii.com.au and a certified nutritionist will be in touch within 24 hours.

When do I pick up my Meal Box?

Your Meal Box will be ready to be collected each day from your chosen Freshii store, for you to enjoy the next day. Meals and snacks should be consumed within 24 hours of receiving your box.

Can my Meal Box be delivered?

Sure, if you are within our delivery zone! Ask us about delivery when you place your order.

Can I combine two different Meal Boxes?

You have the option to combine two different Meal Boxes if you are participating in the 30-day program. For example, you can choose to combine the Slim Meal Box and Gluten-Free Meal Box and select from the six daily options each week.
